My ways


In the last few years, I have changed my ways to improve my life but still I have a way to go.  On a scale of 1-10, physically I am a 4, spiritually a 7 and psychologically a 6. 
I would like to reach the point that I will feel 100% satisfied physically, spiritually and psychologically. In order for me to reach these goals I need to improve my food choices. In order to improve my physical image as this is the area where I feel the
 score was the lowest.  To improve the spiritual area, I am going to dedicate more time to read the Bible. Reading the Bible increases out Faith and teaches us to live the way we should live making the right decisions. Last, increasing my exercises will definitely help me on the psychological area. It will help me decrease stress and any illnesses related to stress. It will also help me with my focusing so I can meditate better.
After completing the exercise, I felt very relaxed and my eyes felt heavy. Imagining the different colors coming out of different areas in my body can be very beneficial when doing it right before going to bed to help you sleep. One thing that did frustrate me is that my mind kept wondering off making me loose my concentration.

  1. It seems like we have something in common. I have been on at least 6 diets since this year, and it seems that my outer appearance is still the same. I have an issue with staying away from fried foods. I am a fan of the bible, I include it in my daily living on a daily basis, its as if Im not complete, if I do not start my day off with the Word, the bible says the Word will keep you. I ahve enjoyed your post, hope you have a successful, fun, term.
