Live the moment to conquer anxiety. Living the moment, not worrying about later will allow you to live a much less stressful life avoiding many consequences of stress such as anxiety. Meditation is a great way to help relax. While practicing meditation you will experience how your mind and muscles begin to relax to the point that you feel that you are floating in the air.
Hey Zully, thanks for the short and sweet intro, it's a great way to break in the semester, and also very uplifting. A lot of people (including myself) struggle with the idea of 'living in the moment'. What are your thoughts on ways to get oneself into that mentality, maybe a mantra of some kind? Do you have any advice for people who struggle to quiet their minds long enough to experience the openness that meditation has to offer?
