Getting mentally fit

Two practices that I get more benefits from are subtle mind and meditation. I can start by implementing these 2 practices in my daily routine in order to deal with stress. I find that meditation is the hardest for me to practice but I am sure I will get better. I have been practicing meditation before going to sleep and I’m beginning to tell the difference in quality of sleep. Practicing the exercise of subtle mind in the mornings helps me relax and deal better with stress during the day.

  1. Zully, what specific meditation are you working on? I am glad that you are beginning to notice a difference in the quality of sleep and relaxation in your life. When do you practice your meditation in the morning? I know I have a specific time and sometimes I find it hard to fit it in if I miss the opportunity.

  2. It is awsome that you cando the subtle mind exercise. Everytime I do it, I get easly distracted. I cannot get my mind clear, but keep doing what you do. I would love to get to that point where meditiation is an everyday thing for me. I would love to be able to train my mind to go to that place where everyone around has left your mind and you can meditatate without no interruptions, but still working on it. May your have a sucess at Kaplan University, maybe I will see you on discussion boards..lol
